What’s new on your sign
Every update we have rolled out to signs, newest first. Your sign installs these on its own, so there is nothing for you to do.
Some lines apply only to certain modes and say so. A line with no badge applies to every mode.

Stout tube reminders, keg freshness and a steadier settings portal
Kegs that pour through the stout tube need a fresh tube each session, and the machine reports nothing at all while one is in. This release teaches your sign to work it out and tell you.

Stout mode
- Your sign now shows REPLACE STOUT TUBE above the coaster when the tube has been in too long, and a tap on the pill clears it once you have swapped it.
- In the settings portal, choose to be reminded once your sign has seen no pours for a few hours. StandaloneHome Assistant
- Or on a fixed timer counting from when you last marked the tube replaced, or not at all. You can mark the tube as replaced there too.
- Kegs that need the stout tube now say so on the pour screen, alongside the other pour facts.
- On a stout keg the pour screen no longer shows a litres figure that never moved; it shows how long ago you last poured and how long the tube has left. StandaloneHome Assistant
Everything else
- Your sign now knows how long each keg stays fresh once it is tapped, 30 days for most and 21 for a stout. The keg screen counts the days down, turning amber in the last few days and red on the day itself and after.
- The keg empty page now has a DISMISS button, so you can carry on seeing the beer information when your machine calls a keg empty early. StandaloneHome Assistant

- Pressing Check for updates often answered that the sign was busy on the network; it now waits its turn and tells you it is waiting.

A steadier picture at start-up

Touch that behaves the same on every panel
Panels sold under the same part number ship with different touch controller firmware, and the two do not behave the same way. Your sign now handles both.

Seasonal skins, and room for a second sign
Signs now dress themselves for the time of year. You can also run more than one sign, because each one has an identity of its own.

The panel we specify has been sold in two revisions under the same listing. Each one now gets its own build, so your sign works the same whichever revision you bought.

The first release. Put the sign next to your PerfectDraft and it shows the beer on tap, its brand and story, how much is left, how cold it is, and how fresh. It keeps itself up to date as you pour, so there is nothing to enter by hand.
It works with Home Assistant if you already run it, and standalone if you do not. From here on updates arrive over the air, so your sign keeps getting better without you doing anything.
